Many book authors don’t want to face this question: Are you happy with your book sales during the past year? Take an honest look at your sales numbers—which is much better than ignoring them. Are there things you can do differently in the days ahead to sell books?
This week a couple of my Morgan Jamesauthors appeared on The Dr. Oz Show. This particular segment was filmed in October but aired this week. I was excited for these authors and set my DVR to record the show (since I rarely watch it). I found their segment and watched it.
“Whenever I discuss the benefits of blogging, inevitably I hear grumbles and groans from the audience. It seems that many people resist blogging due to the fear that it will take a lot of time. While it’s true that blogging can be time consuming, there are ways to make it easier.”
This series aims to address tips and tricks on the omnipresent question bloggers ask? How do I grow my blog? Increasing traffic, increasing opt-ins– they all contribute toward building your reputation, authority and sales– and vice versa. The more people link to you and post about you (your reputation and authority) and the more people trust you (your sales and reviews), the more growth you get for your blog.
It’s a happy cycle that you should keep moving. Get lazy and the cycle stops
